Your bargaining team met with Lifepoint to start the process of working toward our new contract. So far we have presented nearly all our non-economic proposals to management. Non-economic proposals are any proposals in our contract that do not have a financial component to them, which is how all contract negotiations start.

Your team worked diligently to prepare these proposals and will continue to work on outstanding non-economic proposals in preparation for our next bargaining date, April 2.
